A functional sample audit. Switch scenarios, inspect the documents, and change an assumption to see the calculation update. All data is fictional.

Bring the invoice, applicable agreement and container event records together. Manual upload keeps setup simple.
Review extracted facts and compare the charge with documented dates, free time and rates. Inspect any gaps before accepting a finding.
Build an editable draft and evidence checklist. Export your materials, review them, and submit through the billing party’s process.
A number alone is not enough to challenge an invoice. PortClaim brings the calculation and its supporting facts into the same review.
No connection to your billing system required. If a document is missing, keep the conclusion open until the relevant facts are verified.
Discuss your invoice workflowAll pages, container and bill-of-lading identifiers, charged dates, amounts and accompanying billing terms.
Service contract, tariff or terminal schedule with the exact free-time clause, daily rates and counting conventions.
Availability, gate-out and return records. Include dated appointment screenshots or correspondence where relevant.
Current uploads: PDF, JPG, PNG and TXT · up to 10 MB per file · one invoice per case.
Bring a small batch of recent container D&D invoices. We’ll use the pilot to assess document quality, review the workflow and understand which findings are useful to your team.
Discuss a pilot No card required. No live billing. Pilot availability and terms are agreed before onboarding.Indicative software subscription prices only. These plans are not available for purchase. Scope, limits and final pricing may change following pilot feedback.
Pilot records and files are checked server-side for the signed-in account. Public visitors only see synthetic sample data.
AI extracts invoice facts in the pilot. Date and arithmetic checks run in code from entered facts, with human confirmation.
No automatic carrier emails, portal submissions or guaranteed recovery claims. Review and export before sending yourself.
Document extraction can make mistakes. In the pilot you review extracted fields against your invoice before relying on a finding. Dates and charges are calculated by deterministic code from the rules you supply. Missing evidence produces a review warning, not an invented conclusion. The sample uses explicit, synthetic terms and is not a real invoice audit.
No. A calculation difference is a potential issue to investigate. Whether a charge should be adjusted depends on the complete agreement, the facts, applicable requirements and the billing party's review. PortClaim does not guarantee a refund or provide a legal determination.
The pilot stores case records in Cloudflare D1 and uploaded documents in private R2 storage. Server checks control access to each case and file. Selecting AI extraction sends that invoice to OpenAI with response storage disabled; that setting is not a zero-retention guarantee. Supporting files are not automatically submitted for AI extraction. You can permanently delete your case and files. See our data-handling notice for limits.
The pilot accepts manually uploaded PDF, JPG, PNG and TXT documents up to 10 MB each. It focuses on US import container detention and demurrage. There are no certified carrier integrations or automatic tariff feeds. Carrier-specific instructions and unusual invoices need manual review. Vessel charter-party laytime is outside this product's scope.
No. You review and edit the draft, export the packet, and submit it yourself through the carrier's current process. The packet lists supporting files; attach original evidence separately. PDF export currently uses your browser's Print / Save as PDF dialog.
No. Manual upload is the current pilot workflow. There are no live TMS, carrier-portal, Gmail or Outlook integrations. That keeps the first review focused on documents you already have.
It is a functional deterministic calculation using fictional documents. Changing the free-time assumption recalculates the itemized result. It does not call an AI service or send visitor documents anywhere. The private pilot separately supports live OpenAI invoice extraction.
Your request is saved for the PortClaim owner to review, including your role, invoice volume and workflow needs. The form does not create a subscription, automatically grant access or book a meeting. Availability and pilot terms are agreed before onboarding.
